MJ show + dinner

went to MJ show again with eldora, wendy and friends. this time it was in L16 inside HK park, but i must say the foods served were the worst of the past shows...we didnt even want to try another round after tasting it once. oh maybe we're spoiled, so we headed to dinner right afterwards

hike like a dog

I (or we)'ve hiked 3 times since last month, can't imagine I can hike,
most trails take us 2-3 hrs to finish. and the sceneries indeed are
very nice!

it composed of an extra side table that we no longer need and an old mirror from our old apartment, its small but it works!

after a lot of preparations...such as buying flowers and cleaning up home (alto i didnt put much efforts in it), the new year has come! and its already the end of second day. don feel like working after resting for few days, i'm already so used to the life only eat and sleep and 'hea'. i don mind to visit parents home once a day, afterall we don gather often, and its a good chance for us to dine together. maybe this is what i like about new year..?

a very short long weekend

had lunch buffet with dad at little sheep, worked in the afternoon, went to Tin Shui Wan to pick up nic's new kitty, watched Grasshopper's concert, today (2/2) is really fullfilled!! and decide to meet up Andrew in Macau as he's there for biz trip, so i left the concert early at 11:30pm, rused to shun tak pier for midnight's ferry to macau. stayed @ Mandarin Oriental hotel this time and i wish we could stay in some newer hotel like Wynn

i know i shouldn't complaint, its free anyway, and we seldom stay in such 'proper' hotel when we travel alone.

havnt been to macau for about 10 years, things are totally different! we had a very nice lunch at the army's club and wandered around the city, and of coz the casinos too. visited Sands and Wynn, they're very much like Las Vegas' now. Andrew lost around $3000 on the table in these few days.

or we could have an even nicer dinner!!!

i have never thought of winning the prize, thanks to my dear friend evan, he had been helping me alot last year!

Tokyo I'm coming!

just came back from a fun trip, my favor toyko! have been there for almost 10 times but you will never feel tried of going there

i LOVE eating, shopping, hanging there!!

as usual, we ate non stop! shop a bit, didn't really buy many clothes this time as stuffs on sale were not nice, nice stuffs were not on sale. the most 'significant' things we bought this time are the 'Le Creuset' pots, it sounds stupid as they're really heavy but the half price was what we couldnt resist.

its already 25 mins after entering 2007!! andrew and i were 'alone' today without any friends which is quite 'rare' coz we usually hang out with friends to countdown, and there was only 1 year that we were alone countdown in the peak very long time ago! we dined out and watch 'the Holiday', it was such a good movie for tonight! at that time the clock was clicking to 12am, we were hugging on the street

before taking taxi home.

our 'tradition' for x'mas eve is to get together with evan & friends, it has been going on for like 7 or 8 years and sadly we're having less people than before. this year we went to BBQ in sai kung...all you can eat! and the movie 007 was our 'dessert'.

i have duty on x'mas day but there wasn't anything to do, we enjoyed a home dinner coz we'll be going out dining on boxing day with my mini gang...better save some spare room for the stomach

its now very early morning of boxing day but we've already exchanged our gifts, i bought andrew a belt and he paid me the handbag i bought, no surprise but we're pretty satisfied with it

Day's hi and low

today's high : received a parcel from S.F. this morning, its full of
stuffs & gift like a tresure box! thanks Angie, you're my angel, i love
everything!!

today's low : poor kitty couldn't make it and died this afternoon at
Nic's, i know he has spent a lot of effort in taking care of him. i feel really sorry...i couldn't imagine he'd go so soon...life is so fragile, and nothing is more important than being able to live...

finally met with nic's 'future kid' today, poor kitty, he's so weak and tiny. he's already 2 months old but still only as big as my palm! we'll take him to doctor tomorrow, hope he'll turn out fine, grow up fast!

leisure day

didn't do anything meaningful this week, all i did were 'hea' with my colleagues/friends. bought a very cute pot of Poinsettia from citysuper with little red reindeer bag @ $58 and thought its great deal, the next day I saw the exact same pot in To Kwa Wan without the red bag for only $10!

went to harbour city this evening with wylie and jack to get some x'mas cards, tell u what, i hvnt bought any x'mas cards since we've internet! but its very exciting when u get to choose different styles cute cards. we then queued up for free starbucks drinks, starbucks offered free drinks today only from 5-6pm and we happened to be around.
